CONSULTING

People Planet Profit

Since 2000, LifeGate has supported the People Planet and Profit business model, which underpins our approach and treats sustainability as a driver for development and differentiation, oriented towards economic and social-environmental results for the benefit of the company and its stakeholders.
LifeGate acts as a partner for businesses, associations, entities and institutions. It helps them to study a process and devise a strategy and a plan of action, branding and communication that focuses on specific areas and services.
LifeGate’s consulting team works with companies to map their sustainability actions and integrate them into an assessment, improvement and monitoring framework for effective communication to all stakeholders.

Positioning

To define a company’s sustainable positioning:
o Sustainability assessment (data collection, gap analysis, materiality, stakeholder engagement, risk management, reputational analysis, sustainability benchmark)
o Sustainability plan (short, medium and long-term strategy, with actions, projects and monitoring Key Performance Indicators – KPIs)

Assessment Light

The LifeGate ‘assessment light’ is an online tool that enables companies to make an initial assessment of their social and environmental performance, helping them to determine an initial level of awareness of the sustainability of their business operations.

How it Works

The first step is to complete a short self-assessment questionnaire (about 15 minutes). Following this, a video report will be created summarising the performance achieved in the five areas considered by the LifeGate model, each of which investigates a relevant aspect of the company’s sustainability.

Why complete it

Because it is a free tool that organisations can use to determine their overall level of sustainability for each aspect considered. Accordingly, it is then possible to pinpoint potential areas of improvement in terms of sustainable development, and acquire useful food for thought as to possible actions for improvement to be implemented, either independently or with the support of LifeGate.
You may choose to continue the analysis of LifeGate with a more detailed assessment, to develop a strategic sustainability plan or to implement specific sustainability projects.

Go to the self-assessment questionnaire.
